Chicken Parmesan review by Jose
The Chicken Parmesan at Evo clearly skipped the "less is more" memo, and I'm not complaining. The portion is absolutely massive. I'm pretty sure I'll be enjoying these leftovers long enough to build an emotional attachment to them. The chicken is tender on the inside with a satisfyingly crispy crust that holds its own under the sauce and cheese. The pasta is cooked perfectly, although it arrived just a notch below piping hot. Not a deal-breaker, but it kept the dish from reaching absolute perfection. Overall, this is comfort food that doesn't believe in leaving anyone hungry. Come for dinner, leave with lunch… and maybe Tuesday's dinner too.

The meatballs at Evo Italian Restaurant are outstanding. They're incredibly light and fluffy, yet still packed with flavor, making every bite feel perfectly balanced. The tomato sauce is rich, fresh, and beautifully seasoned, with a vibrant tomato flavor that complements the meatballs without overpowering them. The portion size is generous, making it a great value as either an appetizer to share or a satisfying meal on its own. If you're dining at Evo, the meatballs are an absolute must-order.

The classic old world pepperoni pizza at EVO in North Scottsdale is exactly what a great pizza should be. The crust had the perfect chew, and those old world pepperoni cups crisped up beautifully around the edges, catching all that delicious flavor. It's simple, classic, and executed perfectly. A total crowd-pleaser that you can't go wrong with!

5/5 Stars - A Must-Try! The meatballs at EVO in North Scottsdale are absolutely incredible. They were incredibly flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and had that ideal, melt-in-your-mouth tender texture. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and the sauce complemented them beautifully. Easily one of the best items on the menu—highly recommend ordering a round for the table!

Who knew a Caesar salad could have this much personality? Evo gets all the important things right: plenty of crunchy croutons in every bite, crisp fresh romaine that tastes like it was picked today (and, happily, won't send you on an unexpected adventure later), and a generous shower of flavorful Parmesan. The dressing ties it all together without drowning the lettuce. It's proof that even a classic Caesar can steal a little of the spotlight.

What can I say!! I go to bed thinking about the whipped feta dip in hopes I can dream about eating it. This is a go to spot anytime I have friends and family in town! It's so close to the nightlife and also serves as a great place for happy hour!

The shrimp arrabbiata at EVO in North Scottsdale is phenomenal! The shrimp were perfectly cooked, and the sauce is rich, bold, and has some spice. If you enjoy a little kick and love fiery Italian flavors, this dish is an absolute home run.

had the charred octopus at EVO in North Scottsdale, and it was incredible. The texture was spot on—perfectly tender with just the right amount of char on the outside. The flavors were beautifully balanced and delicious. If you're a fan of octopus, this dish is a must-order when you visit. Great spot, and I'll definitely be back for more!
